We believe that when it comes to our health, wellbeing and performance, Better Never Ends! This podcasted started as ”The Health Space” and has been rebranded in line with our new London based Health, Wellness and Performance space: Better. Jon Bolding and Dave Lewis play a sport that you've likely never heard of: Powerchair Football. They use electric wheelchairs to navigate through life, then swap them for specialised Powerchairs to become world beaters on the court.
We talk about their journeys through life, living with a disability, and how they battled against the odds to play for England as elite athletes competing in International tournaments around the world. Later this year, they both travel to Sydney where they will compete for the World Cup, hoping to bring it home.
But despite the highs, life isn't always so enjoyable when living in a world not designed for them, juggling full time jobs and family life with the demands of competing as elite athletes.

In this episode, we call on our favourite cycling nerd Bryan to tell us everything we need to know about cycling. Starting with spandex tips, then going deep on cycling snack suggestions, we cover a lot of ground.
Bryan is a physiotherapist and certified bike fitter, and he is perhaps better known by his company name "The Bike The Body". We ask about the health benefits, the injury risk, the best way to get started and even find out an easy way to get faster on the bike (ps. this isn't just about buying an expensive bike).
If you cycle, you should listen. If you don't cycle, you might just want to after hearing this.
